Dairy and Desserts

Dairy products are traditionally defined as products which are made with milk as the basic ingredient. In Northern Europe, the origin of milk is mainly cows, but products made from goat, buffalo and ewes milk are also found. Some dairy products are only slightly processed, e.g. liquid whole milk. In other products, the milk has been changed substantially, e.g. cheese products.
