Native Tapioca Starch is a food grade product refined from tapioca roots. Many people also know this root as cassava or manioc. This product is well known in Africa, India and South-America, because of the climatic conditions. People in these continents know the tapioca as we know the potato.

Tapioca Starch is an important constituent in many foods. It plays a Hugh role in achieving the desired viscosity in such products as  pudding, sauces, pie fillings and gravies. It also plays a subtle role in  cereals, and baked products such as biscuits, muffins, popovers, pastry, cake and bread.
